ROSEY

Hey there guys welcome back, keeping it short this week with this super stunning image of my little friend Rosey, this shot was taken at the Kickstart magazine shoot a few weeks back and I hope you all like it? its been a drab weekend with the bad weather and so I have been sorting a lot of stuff out including new studio space which should be sorted this week.

FASHION

Hi there guys, well here we are back on track with week 16 and yes I still need to put up the missing weeks and I will do just as soon as i get a minute, well this weeks image comes from the second promo shoot I covered for Kickstart Magazine a few weeks back which was fantastic and here is an example of the super Roxie this image is straight out of the camera and No editing has been done so I hope you like it?

Well I am still trying to sort out my new studio space which is getting there slowly but surely and should be carpeted this week and then the lights and equipment are going in yay, I have had so many enquiries about jobs from families, pets, portfolio’s and a couple more weddings that I am up to my neck in quotations at the moment and trying to draft up a price list as well as maybe looking into a new website.

I had a fabulous weekend with a brilliant shoot with the super lovely Rubie also pictured here, despite a couple of minor technical hick-up (Purely down to me) it was a brilliant day and one tat I had been so looking forward to for some time! Rubie was simply brilliant and is perfect in front of the camera, Rubie also came well prepared with a bag full of stuff including a Tin of vegetable soup in case she got hungry which she later ate Cold! what a funny moment but thanks a million to Rubie and I simply cannot wait for our next meeting.

ROSEY

Hi there people sorry for the massive delay in blog shots but I have been a busy bee with one thing and another so where do I start? well the main thing is I have moved into my own place and I now live in Ruddington a small Village south of Nottingham and this has taken up a lot of my time, I have been shooting with Nicole, Gemma, Leigh-Anne, Leanne and Rosey as well as a Wedding shoot so as you can see very busy indeed!

I have given up my small studio space in Nottingham City Centre and I am currently helping out a friend to convert a business unit into a fully working studio space so watch this space over the coming weeks, I will be doing some work on the website to promote myself better as this year is about starting to get noticed, liked and booked for a whole variety of photography.

So this weeks blog is the highly recognisable Rosey a very dear friend of mine and a fantastic model taken today using natural light and all three images edited withing 10 minutes as very little was required, I am very pleased with these images and I hope you Rosey are too? please as always leave me your feed back and remember to check in on my Facebook page for up to date information and images.

Hopefully I am back on track now and I will be posting some images to fill in for the missing weeks so sorry for the delay guys. ONE FOR SORRELL

Hey there everyone, thanks for returning and I trust you have all had a great weekend? well its been a mad old week for me with a very chilled Sunday and a whole host of things happening in my personal life over the next few weeks so please forgive me if I have my mind off the ball a little.

Well I had been contacted by the lovely Gemma a model whom I had worked with a while ago and she had asked if I could do a shoot with her friend Jade (Pictured Above) so I agreed to do a shoot and we manged some amazing images this being one of my favourites from the day, Jade was very new to modelling but me and Gemma coached her through it all and she said she had a brilliant experience and loved the whole day, you can see a few more images from this shoot on my Facebook & 500px pages, and can I just thank Gemma for having the faith in me as a photographer and to Jade for having the guts to give it a go and I truly hope you are happy with your images.

Well whats on this week? not a lot I am afraid as I said there are a few things going to change in my life over the coming weeks and there are pluses and minuses to it all so its going to be a mixed bag but I will tell you more as it all happens, I am working a late shift in my day to day job so that leaves little time for anything else, Photo club on Tuesday as its our third round projected image competition and I may well enter this image as I personally love it! so wish me luck there guys, Saturday I am hoping to visit Lincoln to meet with my great friend Rosey and Nicole for a shoot around the town and if I play my cards right I may have the uber stunning Gemma coming along too so it should make for a great day with lots of laughs and coffee.

Sunday I have a double being as I am working with a lovely model from Grimsby who is in actual fact wheelchair bound through disability and yet I admire the courage people have to follow their dreams no matter what life throws at them and in the evening I will be working with Michaela again on what will be our 5th shoot I believe, Oh and I may have a shoot with another great friend of mine the lovely Leanne on the Saturday evening so a VERY packed weekend! ok well I hope you like this weeks image guys and may I wish you all a fabulous week ahead, Jurgen.

JADE

Hi there and welcome back to my weekly or not so weekly blog as I completely missed last week and for that I am sorry but it has been a hell of a week with a very busy weekend last week starting on Saturday with the Kickstart Magazine Promo shoot which was an all dayer and then Sunday was another modelling studio shoot which was also an all day event and then Monday off to Focus on Imaging show at the Birmingham NEC, after that I fell Ill and that kinda took me out of the running which led onto this weekend where I was working on Saturday and then had the shear delight of working with Jade whom I had met at the Kickstart Magazine Shoot so here she is in triptych, I do hope you like the image’s

Well Next week I have nothing really planned apart from a whole load of editing and on Sunday I will hopefully be meeting up with the super lovely Gemma and the following weekend I will be working with a young lady who is disabled and I cannot wait as I truly admire people that show and prove that life can go on and you can achieve your goals despite anything and everything.

There is a few other things going on at the moment in my life but more on that in the coming weeks yay and I have taken my first wedding booking so there are pluses and minus to my life at the moment, thanks again to everyone for supporting me and remember to keep looking on my Facebook and 500px pages for more images and please do post links to them on your own Social networking pages so as to spread the word and help me even more in the coming months.

Hi and welcome to week 9 of my 2012 weekly blog, A warm welcome to any new subscribers and a grateful thanks to all who are returning well I hope you all had a great weekend as mine was a very mixed bag to be honest, Saturday turned out to be a bits and bobs day and plenty of relaxation, and Sunday was a full on photo shoot with Rebbecca and Billie Shown here in this weeks blog.

I have loads of stuff spinning around in my head at the moment that i think I will have a couple moe weeks and then its time to take time out and gather my thoughts and catch up on things, so next week i have a couple of meetings / consultations and a wedding to quote for followed by a very busy weekend with a full on Saturday with the Kickstart Magazine crew and more photography on the Sunday.

PERFECTION DEFINED BY BEAUTY

Hey there welcome back and I trust you have all had a great weekend and hooray the snow has finally gone, all we need now is some warmth and maybe a Holiday? well i have had a good week trying out for a new position in my day to day job and fingers crossed that all goes well, so not much time for photography last week all be it i got a little bit of editing done and some early nights for a change.

Well then onto the weekend I have had a none stop but very enjoyable time starting with a couples shoot on Saturday with Adam and Nabeela and a possible wedding booking in April? this was then followed by me meeting up with my very good friend Rosey for a studio shoot which was fantastic! and hence this weeks blog is taken from that shoot, I hope you like it and as always I welcome any comments and feed-back you may have guys. Sunday I met with my friend Rachel from Italy and we ventured into town , drank loads of coffee, met up with her Son and daughter and drank more coffee and also managed to get to a Wedding Fair too and now I am cream crackered.

This week is going to be rather busy as I have a model consultation tomorrow night, meeting with another very good friend Leigh-Anne on Tuesday and then meeting with my friend Rachel on Wednesday for a quick chat before she heads back of home to Italy, I am so tempted just to pack my bags and go with her? well who knows what this year will bring but hopefully it will be good fortune? Hey there Welcome back to this weeks Bumper Blog Edition, Being as I have had such a fantastic day! starting with me getting up at 6AM and heading out to Bestwood Country Park to take some snaps and then meet up with my friends Chris, Barry, Aidan, Louise and Richard and all the dogs for yet another walk around the woods, I was cream crackered and here is the first great image of the day the wonderful Noah set against the right environment for a Norwegian Vizsla Hunting dog.

Following on from that it was a quick trip home a shower and a cuppa and then straight back into town to meet with the lovely Leigh-Anne and Dale for a quick Costa and then into the studio for a couples session what a great couple such good chemistry and friendly people, so the first image is of Dale, such a stern man and I just love the lighting on this one.

And not forgetting the absolutely stunning Leigh-Anne so many great images to choose from today that i have just grabbed 3 really quick and spent little time on them as i like them so very much and I hope Noah, Dale and Leigh-Anne like them as much as i do?

ME & MY BUMP

Hi there and thank for coming back for week 6 and a very tiring week it has been with work and also photography as I have so much to do and just not enough hours in a day! well Thursday I had a Baby Bump shoot to do which was loads of fun and this weeks montage of images is taken from that session so I hope you like it and we will have some special offers on this kind of photography going throughout March and April this year so let your friends and family know.

Well as for the weekend it was a very mixed bag as I had decided to take a little time out and thus headed out on Friday night with my good friend Aidan to see his friends Ross and Alex Spencer play a live music session at a small pub venue in sunny Retford, we had a great night and of course I managed to snap a few shots too (I simply cannot resist) and then on Saturday I had a real fun day starting with a lazy morning and then catching up on some editing followed by a trip into town for my friend Laura’s Birthday (Happy Birthday Laura X) so with the weather conditions being as they where i knew this would be a adventurous night and yes it was as we had a few drinks and then went back to Amanda’s house followed by a 1hr 35min walk hom at 2AM for me as there was no real public transport!, funnily enough I quite enjoyed t and managed to hit the duvet at about 4AM.

Again a little bit of a lazy day today but I have managed to print 3 images for this Tuesdays Print competition at the NNPS camera club (So wish me luck) and i did a little more editing and now I think I will get this blog posted nice and early and then go and chill out . Hey there welcome back a busy week and a very busy weekend for me this week, I have had to juggle a few things around but managed to get a few things done this week including getting involved in the photography for Miss Nottingham auditions, Saturady was a mixed bag and ended up being a fabulous shoot with the absolutely stunning Sunkiran a Make Up Artist that I have worked with before and she was great as you can see from this weeks blog shot.

Well I will keep things short this week as I am so very tired guys after a very busy Sunday shooting with Roxie, Emma and Michaela so many great images and lots of editing to do this coming week so keep an eye out for images popping up on my Facebook page and also on my 500px account.
